All Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We want to ensure that hygiene standards are maintained, and for this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a serious issue with the product or if the wrong item has been processed.

To report an issue you can contact us at thebundlehq@gmail.com with your full name and order number.

We kindly ask that you wait up to 24-48 hours for a response. If your order is  eligible for a refund or exchange due to the specific reasons mentioned, please note that initial shipping fees are not included in your refund, unless we have made an error with your shipping details. 

Please also note that if your order is eligible for an exchange or refund but has not been sent back to us within a 29-day period since emailing us, your order will no longer be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Damages

Before we ship every order we carefully inspect all items and parcels before packaging. Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us right away if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and aim to resolve it as soon as possible.
