Shipping Policy

Welcome to The Bundle HQ. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

 

Processing Times:

All orders outside of the pre-order notice window are subject to an estimated processing time of 14 - 20 working days. Unless you've had specific communications with our team, we recommend planning ahead based on these times to avoid any potential disappointments. Though we will do our best to get your hair to you faster!

Please ensure you receive and inspect your orders before booking any hair appointments or consultations. We cannot be held responsible for any missed/delayed/cancelled appointments.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: £5 to the UK, £15 worldwide.
  • Express Shipping: £10 to the UK, £30 worldwide.

Delivery Times:

  • UK: Expect your order to arrive within 1-5 working days after processing depending on the shipping selection
  • Outside the UK: For international orders, anticipate a delivery time of 3-15 working days after processing depending on the shipping selection.

*Note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Please reach out to our support team at thebundlehq@gmail.com if you have any special requests or inquiries regarding your order.

Incorrect Delivery/Mailing Address

* Please also ensure address information is correct when placing the order as we are unable to amend this once the order is shipped.

If you do accidentally put the wrong address please get in contact as soon as possible so we can amend these changes quickly before the item is shipped.

The Bundle HQ will not be held liable for incorrect information put on the order and this delivered to the wrong address. We  unfortunately be unable to process a refund on these occasions.

We advise inspecting and confirming the correct address or getting in contact if you are unsure. 

Lost or Missing Parcels

We understand the importance of your package, and once it's confirmed as delivered by our shipping carrier, the responsibility for loss or theft shifts to the recipient.
We are unable to refund or reship packages marked as delivered by the courier and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in regards to this.

 

Customs and Duty Fees

At The Bundle HQ, we appreciate your international orders though please be aware that any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Kindly consult your local postal service for details. It's essential to cover any incurred customs fees or duties for shipments to your destination.

Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the courier return fee.
